Position Overview:
Trinity Home Health Inc. is seeking dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our care team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will support clients with daily tasks, providing compassionate, high-quality care to help them maintain their health and well-being. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will play an essential role in delivering a positive experience for each client in their home environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes to the nursing supervisor

• Provide support with mobility and safe transfers, using assistive devices as needed

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and feeding

• Offer companionship and emotional support, enhancing the client’s comfort and well-being

• Follow care plans as outlined by nursing staff and document all care activities accurately

• Support clients with medication reminders as directed by the supervising nurse

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Nursing Assistant certification or prior experience in healthcare preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team setting

• Physical ability to lift, move, and assist clients as needed
