Position Overview:
Trinity Home Health Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide essential care to our clients. As a CNA, you’ll play a crucial role in our clients’ lives by offering support with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining their well-being. Your work will directly contribute to improving the quality of life for those we serve, all within our supportive, family-like team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times

• Help clients with daily activities such as eating, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals

• Follow client care plans and document care provided

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for clients

Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification in the state

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills, compassion, and a passion for helping others

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move clients as necessary
